For those utilizing the Visual Studio at Formula 7, it’s important to maintain the integrity and functionality of the space for everyone’s benefit. Here are the host rules specifically tailored for the Visual Studio:

We understand the importance of convenience, especially in a bustling city like Miami. Our studio offers ample parking space, allowing easy access for you and your team, as well as hassle-free loading and unloading of equipment.

Whether you are in the recording room or the visual studio, lighting plays a crucial role. Our spaces are equipped with professional lighting systems, offering a range of settings to match the mood and style of your project. From soft ambient tones to sharp, focused beams, our lighting is adaptable to your creative needs.

Sound quality is paramount at Formula 7. Our recording room is acoustically treated and equipped with state-of-the-art sound gear, providing a pristine audio environment. The space is designed to capture every nuance of your performance, ensuring that the final product is of the highest quality.

We value your time and flexibility. That’s why we provide convenient access to our spaces. Whether you need to book a session in advance or require extended hours to complete a project, we strive to accommodate your schedule and make our studio accessible when you need it.

Reliable and ample electrical supply is crucial for any production. Our studio is outfitted with a robust electrical infrastructure, ensuring that all your equipment operates smoothly and without interruption. From high-powered lights to vintage tube amplifiers, you can plug in with confidence, knowing that our electrical system is designed to handle the demands of professional production.

1. No Drinks Near White Screen: To preserve the pristine condition of our white screen, please keep all beverages away from the area. Spills can cause damage or staining that

is difficult to remove, affecting the quality of future productions. If you need to hydrate, please do so in a designated area away from the white screen.

2. Do Not Climb on Walls: The walls in the visual studio, including the white, green, and black backdrops, are designed for visual effects and not for physical support.

Climbing or putting weight on the walls can cause damage or pose safety risks. Please respect the studio’s structure and use the space as intended.

3. Do Not Install or Re-route Ceiling Lights: The ceiling lights are professionally installed to provide optimal illumination for your projects. Please do not attempt to

install additional lighting or re-route the existing setup. If you need adjustments to the lighting, our staff is more than happy to assist and ensure that it meets your specific needs.

4. Do Not Enter Recording Studio If Only Booking Visual Studio: Each studio space is reserved for specific purposes to ensure that all artists and creators have the dedicated

environment they need. If you have booked the Visual Studio, please stay within the designated area and do not enter the Recording Studio unless it’s part of your booked session.

5. Do Not Open Rear-Back Door or Alarm Will Sound: For the security and safety of all guests and equipment, the rear-back door is alarmed. Please do not open this door as it

will trigger the alarm system. Use the designated entrances and exits for your entry and departure.

6. Clean Common Area After Eating or Using It: We encourage a clean and welcoming environment for everyone. If you use the common area for eating or other activities, please

clean up after yourself. Dispose of any trash, wipe down surfaces, and return any moved furniture to its original place.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booaking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
